1. Rewarding Members - Admin board split?

   Not talking new code updates, but that will come. I still want the ability to create shiny buttons for people's home screens and the bug quest has some people I want to give a Bug Squashing badge of some sort.
   
   But Pieh came to mind and when he did, so did Cheka HoH man.
   
   We currently only have this single Admin board but I was thinking of breaking it up into 2 boards. One for "Respected" members. Basically all our normal Admin chat will go into there. And then having a true "Admin Admin" board where the more delicate issues could be discussed.
   
   Cheka, despite his HoH indulgence is the blood that keeps the citadel going and I don't believe it is fair to not let him in at least some level of added respect beyond what the levels give him. He might rub the wrong way with his voting and HoH, but he is there, nonstop and continues to add value to the Citadel. For that, he has earned my respect and appreciation.
   
   Pieh doesn't spend much time on the forums but he has quite a bit of subs under his belt and has been around since 2003. Pieh did awesome on the bug quest and I sent a separate personal email of thanks and it had me thinking.

   Cheka has been growing on me lately as well!
   
   He is always optimistic (has ANYONE ever heard him say something remotely negative?), always here, always voting and always throwing a HoH users' way.
   
   So, do we need purely connisseur jaded GMs, when they can't be bothered to vote? What good is our Woody Allen types, when they are too stuck gazing at their own navels?
   
   My opinion?
   
   A Cheka HoH man is well earned, long overdue and pure gold!

   Ah, as for the other stuff:
   I am with you all the way. Bug help should be appreciated. A small bone thrown as a token of appreciation can make all the difference.

   Hmmm... If you can keep user discussions to the secret board, go for it. Personally, I must admit the user discussions freaked me out. If a user is a hacker, or some such, sure, lets discuss him. But personal shortcomings will always be around, especially in GMs, who are full of god complexes and worse.

   AG is back in the fold? When did that happen? :)
   
   We always had the option of instituting Moderators as a lower tier of Adminhood, and yeah, the badges shall be there one day. If another forum is to be opened for valued members, it's okay with me. Just be sure to start some meaningful threads so there is something to do for them. ;)

   Thinking I will move most of this board there after a full review. It should be the admin board that is boring.

   I'm late on this, but think its a great idea! Rewarding the hard-core types of the Citadel with an adminhood status of some kind! Cheka, Pieh, etc...

   I updated a membergroup called Strolenati and added Pie, Checka, dark_dragon and wulf.
   
   Any others we can get rolling with it?
