   Earlier today the web page was down, but the server was up and blocking port 80.
   
   Upgrade?

   Might need one anyway. Restarted apache and it started working again.
   
   I redid a few things in the new apache configs and we will see how that holds up. I have been tweaking over the last week, every two days after I get some good data. Might have just been a bad setting so I reverted and tried again.
