   Winter. The final frontier. For who truly knows, if spring will ever come.
   
   This month’s quest revolves around the concept of winter, in all its hoary splendor. Cold, death, decay, and torpid hibernation. Snow, ice, and frost. These are the ubiquitous images of the long, bleak season.
   
   We are looking for the finest examples of winter-themed submissions. The winners of this major quest, will become worthy recipients of frosty mugs and glasses, engraved with odes to victory, courtesy of Scrasamax.
   
   If no objections, will be launched officially shortly.

   I might be needin' an extension on this one.. Too much WINTER FREAKING SICKNESS in the house this year.  Three kids are nice till they are all sick...

   We have Nineteen Quest entries!
   
   Instead of a poll, the following system was suggested. Rate your favorite 5 Winter subs, assigning each a value of 1-5, 5 being your favorite, and 1 being your fifth favorite. We will tally up the math after a month, and ring in the Spring, the season of re-birth(!) by crowning our Winter Quest winners! (1st and 2nd place)

    I'd like someone else to run the numbers themselves to make sure that i didnt fudge up any of the accounting. But in short, I would say it is official.
