   I have recently (for the past year/ year and a bit) been looking into Python-driven websites and applications servers. (Incidentally, I also fell in love with python, but I won't bore you to tears just right now...) and Have looked into Zope and plone for a project of mine.
   
   They're probably not what you're looking for, but I thought that as a web app developer (strolen.com, at least) maybe you'd be interested in these: http://zope.org and http://plone.org. The video demos for plone are very nice (even if they have their idiosyncrasies) and you can find the first one here: http://www.archive.org/download/SeanKellyGettingYourFeetWetwithPlone/wetfeet.mov to give you an idea.

   I haven't really looked at python and I watched the demo. I am so used to using actual code that the GUI so while I guess it is "simple" it was a little bit to chew off.
   
   I have been very curious about frameworks as PHP does have a few that I have looked into (cakePHP, solar among others) this one seems like a megaframework to automate much of the drudge tasks of doing the same code over and over again.
   
   Thanks for pointing it out. If I was full time something in IT I might have more time to explore as I love doing so. Unfortunately I barely have enough time to dig into this ajax stuff for v3.0. :) Cool to see an entertaining video on something I know nothing about.
