  1. Debate: Settings Type

This could complicate things, so I am thinking the answer should just be no, but let us see what the floor (and the people on it say).

Should there be a submission type that anyone can access that does not have a home page for settings? So rather than having the "Full Deal", with the region of its own, it would be a lone submission out there.. hopefully with things added to it.

For example, there are a lot of kernals for a setting in the setting forge. Should they get their own submission type to anchor their ideas on The Citadel? Thus you could see any setting seed/ kernel by searchign the time.

Now most of these are one shots and abandoned. Some are good, while others are too incomplete. Do we want these littering the Citadel, even though they are good ideas if people could see them?  Now people will see them as random submissions. We can leave them in the working space if they are not ready for primetime. If they are awful we can send them there for "working".

These submissions would somehow then be promoted to having their own page when they grow enough...

Now the bad parts of this is the more complex mechanics, deciding which ones have a page and which ones don't.  How one would go about making one of these and where it would be. And a couple of other minor points.

    Alternate:
This is a more elegant idea, and the one I am personally favoring....
We could add Campaign/ Setting Seed to the Focus subcategory of the Article and have a place for these things. Most of the world like headers are in the article section now. If we add this subcategory, they would be easier to organize. I like this solution, but others might not.

I will have to come back to this. Read it twice and I am left confused.

Probably because I haven't grasped the naming conventions and need to refer to the Strolen 3.0 Dictionary to translate some of it.

The naming seems to screw us up, need to have a naming conventions thread as I see a need to redefine some areas (or at least debate them) so we are using a common language.
