Movie Screenings
Prizes:
T-Shirts

Game Books

Other Games:
Dwarf Tossing
Planned Eating:
We will dine one night, in the medieval, torture chamber themed and inspired Slaughtered Lamb Inn.
Probably going to skip the Slaughtered Lamb in favor of more gaming. TBD
Food will be prepared as required. We have an outdoor BBQ and a nice kitchen and a few people that enjoy (and are good at) cooking. Any donations for meals will be gladly accepted.
Cost
The house costs $850 for the 22 - 24.
Depending on the amount of people that come by it could be anywhere from $20 - $35 per day to help offset our cost for the house.
That will be your only real expense for the weekend!
Food and drinks will be provided but we would certainly appreciate you generosity on helping out with those costs.
So, realistically, you could get away with about $100 for the entire weekend, worse case. Hopefully much less than that depending on the final attendance count.
Of course there are many other costs associated with this and Murometz and myself are financing a lot of this ourselves. Any extra donations in prizes and/or monetary amounts would always be fantastic. There is a paypal donation link on the bottom of the Citadel's homepage or you can donate in person at the Con. We just want to make this as easy and affordable for as many people as possible so we are doing everything we can to limit required costs to those attending. Thanks!
