   If you have another suggestion for another date, that is fine. This is the first date put forth and it is as good as any for me.
   
   If you vote Yes, then this date is good and you have other plans through the year that a change in date might affect.
   
   If you vote No, then you have conflicts with this date and would need it changed to attend.
   
   If you vote "Date Doesn't Matter" then you are bowing to anybody else that has issues and are easily adaptable to any dates.
   
   If we get any No's we will come up with a better date. We need to at least come up with a date that all of us (that are even thinking about going) can make.

   So is this looking pretty stable?  I need to go ahead and put in for the time off, and the earlier I do it, then the less likely it is I need to skip out of work.
