   I have seen three things from the Scrolls thrown out to the front page. While I am happy that the catacombs are being mined for good submissions, I have a worry.
   
   Some of the stuff in there is... well not to put to fine a point on it... crap.  Sure some of these will make a perfectly valid scroll or sub, but do we really need some of these as a Citadel submission? 
   
   ADMIN NOTE
   If you put too many out on a single day (like three or more) people will just ignore them. So plan to spread them out over time.  Trust me on this one. I saw this effect first hand. 
   
   If the submission is not yours to begin with, remember to comment and vote on them too, so they don't get behind.

   You can't have it both ways Moon. You have been adament about you not wanting to be the only one doing this but now that somebody else is doing it you are going to complain about that too?
   
   I am trying to figure out what exactly you want from us then. If you want to do them all then tell us as much. I don't care. I am just trying to get the Catacombs going again and move what is buried so we can restart the forum with some freshness and rename the Catacombs to something we can use.
   
   That crap that I moved is exactly what we would get if we dumped the forum and did it the way you want to. Probably stuff that is worse than that.
   
   And, yes, I agree three a day is enough...which is what I stopped at.
   
   The one he doesn't like is the mutant one http://www.strolen.com/content.php?node=3475 which could be fun if it was given a chance. I was planning on throwing a couple things into it later. The other two are great scrolls that stand on their own already.

   And no, I am not moving every single one...just the ones that catch me as something I want to move. I rejected moving quite a few and they will end up staying in either Sage Advice or our new Flesh it Out and never make the transition.

   Strolen posted the previous response while I was posting this, so this is the response to the posts two posts up.
   
   No. I don't want it both ways.   I want things moved from the catacombs.  I think it is great that we are moving things again.  
   
   Do I want everything moved? No. Some of the stuff from the forum was not that great.  I just want people to think about, "if the submission is worth being on the Citadel front page".  
   
   That is all I want. Just because it is easy to move does not mean it needs to be moved.
   
   To understand where I am coming from: I was told, in no uncertain terms, not to just transfer everything, that quality mattered. If we are lowering the bar to move them, then okay... I didn't get the memo.
   
   "Is it worth being on the front page?," is all I ask people to think about.  
   
   And remember, if you do move things, you might need to edit the text some on the first post (and some of the responses) for it to make more sense.
   
   And as point of fact, two of the ones that are out there in the last few days are ones I was specifically told not to transfer during the great migration.   That is okay. If you think it is worthy, move it.

   I agree to your agreement and I came off strong. Frick'n holidays. We are leaving tomorrow to visit family so am hitting the site sporadically as we get stuff together for the Trans-Siberian Orch concert tonight and our departure first thing tomorrow.
   
   The original 2.0 didn't have the scrolls and the codices so some things make more sense now. If I changed my mind between then and now, that is fine too, I am fine with things changing and if proved wrong, I am more than happy to bow off. (I am right? ;) )
   
   If something sticks out and I am in the mood to do the move, I am going to do it and that is fine if anybody else does the same. The mutant thing had me laughing and thinking so I moved thinking it would be fun. Other things will hit others the other way and I don't want to stop anybody from getting some stuff done worrying about us calling them dumb for doing it.
   
   I am ready for the forums to be reviewed and the stuff which has a chance can be migrated as we get the initiative to do it. At some point we agreed that we needed some more average joe stuff, mutant, ok, maybe not, but it seemed like a good idea at the time. Just trying to move some stuff since there was a lull in submissions and I was in the mood.
   
   Didn't mean to jump on you, honest.
   
   PS. Are you going to Strolencon or what!?
