   I recently moved a scroll out of in work to normal that had been on ice for a long while.
   Added numerous cross links, and two scroll entries, but becuase it is old, it is far down on the recently submitted list (WAAAY down).
   
   Now, rebuilding the sub from scratch after deleting the old one would cost a LOT of exp (-25 or so with allthe links).
   
   There should be a better option.

   Which one and I can update the time on it so it shows up.
   
   It only allows a one shot deal to be normal. So if it was initially submitted as normal, switched to in work, and then back to normal (or any variation thereof) then it won't update it. Has to be initially submitted into in-work for it to auto-update when switching it to normal.
   
   When I check the submission I can see if that flag was sprung. No big deal.
