   Hello everyone! While searching and clambering the sometimes fruitless web, I'd stumbled into this mighty castle, full of splendid things. This is somewhat the meaning of life, at least while You're into roleplaying. (The other life tend to have a different meaning).
   I'm a rather old roleplayer and GM from Sweden, who has been playing D&D and GURPS since mid 80:s. Now and then my son and I rustle up some dice, maybe a friend or mom (or two), and embark on a roleplaying voyage.
   How about them fantastic quotations and remarks the players often drops? On my own homepage, (alas only in swedish), I've collected some memoral moments. Many of them wears the brand of "Famous last words", (like "Oh, that dragon is probably kind", which it wasn't, of course). I bet the Citadel is full of quotations of this kind. Would it be immodest of me to ask for some?
   Anyhow, I feel a warm sence of happiness, strolling around this Citadel and is hoping to find some useful tips and hints, either for my own or even to be able to give.
   I do appologize for my rather rusty english.

   Well, so far I've enjoyed an article about single-player roleplaying by Manfred, some bakemono-sho and some delightful final rooms. I'm in heaven!
   And thank you for your kind reply to my broken english. I do have a dictionary standing guard by that squared noisy thing, (the computer).

   Oh, well, might have to find a different nickname that better represents. Although it does somewhat go with "Stolen" which is my favorite misspelling.
   
   I see you are now a casual gamer as many of us are now. The hardcore days are long behind me and I like to use this place to continue my creativity (when I can) since I am no longer avidly gaming. Welcome to the Citadel!!

   Well, it's a misspelling alright. Fellonius the Wizard is the first NPC I've ever made, "born" back in 1985. I wanted a name which didn't represent him at all, (beeing an utterly kind magician), to at least give him some quirks, (along with a tame racoon to mention anything). It's easier to play those guys.  :) The name is "stolen" right out of D&D 2nd edition, from the solo-game if my memory serves me at all.
   Yes, the golden days are over, but since I got my son rather late in life, I do have a chance to make the inheritage work. He's only 12, I suppose I don't have to ramble on about that...
   
   I do feel welcome to Strolen's Citadel, I assure you! *bowing yet again, the body still not that gracefully as the mind wants to*

   Feel welcome, and be assured none of us does eat other users... it's only rumours. Peruse our words of wisdom and folly, too often mixed together, yet still interesting most of the time. And if you feel like adding to our trove, we'll be more than glad.
