   I'm new to being a member of this site. I was looking around this site a long time before I joined so I know a lot, but any advice you can give me would be great.

   advice? take a tour...ok, wait, you already did that. Depends what your particular poison is, but umm, my advice would be to jump right in and join an RP, or join a thread, or post some idea on the main site, oh...wait, you mean general advice? Ok.
   
   There are people here who throw monkeys, hit other people with frozen trout, and apparently have access to a cache of flame-throwers. Be wary of them!

   My advice? Submit something. Learn the ropes. Go from there.

   My advice:
   Read some items on the main page, then create one of your own. Items are the simplest to start with, and are rather fun.
   
   And be welcomed.

   I have only had the opportunity to play with the M9 (marksman by the way ;) ) but can understand the great history the M1911 had. Very interesting choice of usernames!
   
   My suggestion, stick with the M1911, served us well for a looooong time. :)
