   There is no reason to see the promotions of all that join, is there?
   Most of these guys have 0 subs, 0 comments and nothing whatsoever to do on the promotion list. Please, let the list show level 2+

   Either it will only show level 2 and above, or it will...um...do something else.  :dunno:
   
   The level ones will disappear through attrition... me = lazy

   Consider the establishment of a level 0, of no title, which is not displayed. Promotion to level 1 comes at 1 exp, 1 submission.

   Level 0 is the Barbarian Horde so that spot is already taken, level 1 is basically the level 0 you describe.

   Does the Barbarian Horde really need a level distinction?

   They do for the permission system. The permissions work off of levels by checking to see what they get to do for their level. When the system sees horde at level 0, it knows that they don't get to do squat.
