Does anyone know where or how ...(code/ programming blah blah blah) ?
#1If anyone has questions or answers thereof, regarding usefull source code you don't have the time, brains, or caffeine for, post Q&A here.

Re:
#2I see nobody is interested... heck, give me some ideas for source. I'm not very good, or in practice, but I'll give anything a shot. -

#3If you know any AJAX, I could use a simple script to edit comments and submission, somewhat like the forum can know. -
Re: Does anyone know where or how ...(code/ programming blah blah blah) ?
#4I just googled AJAX, found wikipedia. Sorry, All I know is a good deal of html 4.0, windows/bat commands, a tiny bit of asm, c, and c++, though I'm getting back in practice with them. I'm learning bash scripting and opengl, and want to learn ecma/java, if you have any good online references on any of these, let me know.

#5How about Python?
Python is a neat language, and quite easy to learn.
Oh, and if you want to code stuf, hmmm... there was this online game we wanted to code at some point in the past. -

#6online game ... (Grinning at the thought ... mwa ha ha! (the official laugh of evil)) I wish I was that good. I had intended this thread as a you scratch my back, I scratch yours, not a let's give the druid assignments ... oh well.
I'm currently tossing around the idea for a pc/net game where all file formats are the same between oses and there are two main programs: kde, and windows.
python is useless as far as my uses go.

Re: Does anyone know where or how ...(code/ programming blah blah blah) ?
#7Well, even there could Python play an important part... okey, I admit to have a soft spot for that one.
You said something of HTML... what about JavaScript, or PHP?
I have quite a few JavaScript generators hidden away, neat and useful, but seeing little use. I have to get a page under Strolen's one day, to put them all into one place, and perhaps even combine them to something... monstrous. :)
To update them, or convert to PHP wouldn't hurt. So if you want a little practice... *hint-hint-nudge-nudge*
