Chat link error

   Whenever I click the link for the chatroom, I get sent to the forum home... Any theories, technowizards?

   That's happened to me for... like a month.  Prior to that, the chat would load, but not let me in. 
   Now it works.  Go figure.

   Note- I can access the chat from the front page but not the forum

   I think Strolen needs to remove the "index.php" in the forum link... ;)

   Weird.  Last night, I could get into the chat from the forum page.  Now I can't, but I can get there from the other link.  I know why the forum link doesn't work now; what confuses me is why it worked last night.

   It was softlinked, only had tavern/flashchat.php as the link and it is suppose to adopt the current site structure which should have made it correct. Just put the entire link path in there so it should be fine now under all circumstances. Wierd.

   Oh...  It only does that when you're coming off of the 'recent unread topics' thing.  Everywhere else it's fine.

   Hmmmm, it really shouldn't since that link is only in one file and inserted into all the other pages dynamically. If it works in one place it should, theoretically, work in all the rest. If it didn't get fixed (and I never had this issue on any of my systems so just assumed I found the problem) then it shouldn't be fixed on any of the pages...
   
   Was that a stale page Pariah? Try to refresh it and check again perhaps? Let me know!
   
   Any others with these errors?

    Well, when I first found it I checked if it was stale, then I went to a different page under the 'new...' and had the same problem.  But it works now.  So, I guess me refreshing is a mote point.

    It could simply be that you are using a proxyserver that had not refreshed yet.
    
    I remember a long time ago I was at a customer and the only way to read your mail there was from the bottom up otherwise you would keep reading the first mail over and over again. There the proxy server actualy cashed pages....
