#1Opinions on what is sent in the Email and how it is formatted would be greatly appreciated. I want you to get what you want in it.
A New Submission:
Subject: Strolen's Citadel: Gnomish Riveter Submitted

A new Submission called Gnomish Riveter has been posted by Agar.
Gnomish Riveter - Items (Tools) (Magical)
Summary:
A metalworking hammer with a hollow handle and a small dial near the
head. A useful tool and effective makeshift weapon.

I put the Strolen's Citadel in subject line because I spam filter and subject sort and I need something consistant I can use. Could alternatively by or something else smaller that takes up less subject line. Could be at the end of the line as well. I like it at the beginning for my email's subject line readability. I know exactly what the email is when I see the first little bit and can skip and read them easier with a common beginning format.
Also, could just as easily put the full comment in the email, full submission, more of the submission, more stats, etc. etc. Format it different. Whatever.
The "Strolen's Citadel Team" is a little corny but it was the default for the forum so left it for continuity. I think I want that changed at some point.
Anyway, anything I could do better on it or change, let me know. -

#2I like the layout of the emails listed above. In the old citadel I used the emails to keep up with what was being added, and if someone had commented on one of my submissions. I liked that head's up.
As for the Strolen team...
works for me yo.
