   My current thoughts on tracking submissions is limiting the notifications to:
   
   Comments on My Submissions
   Comments On Submissions that I have Commented On
   
   Any New Submissions
   Any New Comments
   
   New Submissions in Chosen Categories  - with checkboxes for each main section
   New Comments in Chosen Categories
   
   Notify me if any of my Submission's Status' Change
   -Challenged, turned to Requires Edit etc.
   
   For all of them you would get
   1 email per new submission
   -So every submission in your chosen categories would be mailed to you
   --Summary Only with direct link
   
   1 email for the first new comment since your last visit
   - So if you have 10 new comments in all your other tracked submissions, you will only get 1 email.
   - When you visit the site there will be a listing.
