   Replies and votes to submissions do not appear to be working
   
   When "submit" is clicked, the screen refreshes (as expected) but the reply and vote are not registered
   
   ?????

   Anybody else have a similiar experience?
   
   I know that if you put in a short comment it will get rejected. If you just put "Cool" then it won't take.

   Couldn't duplicate it. Used my normal account as well as a 0 level test account and didn't have a problem.
   
   A glitch in the Matrix maybe?

   It happened to me too, I got really frustrated when it happened. Thats why I posted as Barbarian Horde to see if it would work, and it did.

   Maybe it's only real people that have that problem, cause I haven't had it happen to me.

   Well, something fishy is going on. One person is an enigma, two is a duo-enigma. And that probably really means something too!

   Found a couple other things that I fixed but don't think I pinpointed this problem yet.
   
   If this happens again please tell me:
   
   What post you were commenting on.
   Copy and paste (if you can, use the back button to possible get to it) the exact text you tried to post in the comment.
   
   By giving me the text maybe I missed something in my character cleaning that is causing some undesired behavior.

   I am having problems when I surf from behind a company firewall. If anyone else are viewing the site from within a company network, they might experience flash, cookie and scriptingproblems.

    Discovered something interesting, entirely by accident
    
    When I first noticed this bug my account theme was set to “classic”
    
    Today I have altered this to one of the new themes (coz I got bored with the classic theme)
    
    Bug is still present in the classic theme but not in the new theme
    
    I do not know if this was always the case
    
    Question: Is there some difference in the code used between these two options, other than the cosmetic of course?

    You may have hit that on the head. Yes, there is most definately a difference in the code between the two. In the profiles I have removed the option for the classic and a couple days ago did a force theme change for everybody to winter.
    
    I am very pleased that you noticed, it was a very confusing bug for me.
    
    I am also not sure if the 'classic' will ever come back unless I upgrade it to the new theme set. Managing the same type of theme is easy because they all use the same code, just different graphics and css, the classic was an entire new code base. A lot of trouble to keep updating both of them and I stopped at some point which was my bad as I didn't check to see if anybody was using the old.
    
    Sorry about all that! Am glad it is working now on the old theme!
