   Have a good idea but stuck on the details? Backed into a creative corner and need some help escaping? Half ideas and incomplete thoughts welcome! If you have full ideas and just need help with the details post it to the main Citadel and request help.
   
   This is not a "work it out" section, like the old flesh it out or scroll. This is a section for "ask a question (or set of) and somebody should answer it.
   
   If you want to work on a race (or anything), put up a reasonably complete post... outlining what you want to do. Take a look at any of the First Posts of any of the New Take submissions http://www.strolen.com/content.php?node=1884  Those are not really complete, but a fairly good start.
   
   You can even put the Need Advice Flag on it. 
   
   So go and put up a posts make sure it is a scroll.  At the end of your initial post, pose a couple of questions and ask us for answers (what do you think for their religion, or have I missed writing something up for them, or what about their relations with other races, etc). We can post it all there.
   
   We are no longer working things out in the forum. If it could be a proper post, then it goes on the citadel side. Too much "good stuff" got lost in here. Things that should of been an actual post were abandoned by their creator to the bowels of the forum, where nobody could find it, nobody could be inspired by it, and nobody would work on it. No more.
   
   So do an initial post that outlines all the main points you have about the race. It should be enough that someone could read the first post and have a strong idea about what you wanted... (check out all the minor races posts). From there, we will work on your post.
   
   If you are saying, "But I don't have enough for an initial post!". My answer to that is "think about it for a while". When you think you might be ready (not are ready, that never happens, but just might be ready) post it up on the Citadel side.
   
   Either way, it goes over on the citadel side.

   To clarify a little bit more:
   
   The intention is to having anything that can qualify as content to be put in the Main Citadel. We do not want to hold content in the forum anymore. We are moving away from the forum way of doing things and trying to get used to doing everything on the Main Citadel. The intention is for the forum now is to answer small, specific questions and to direct attention back to the Main Citadel.
   
   So, if you have an idea and you are simply just stuck on a few things you should:
   
   Post it in the Main Citadel and mark it as "In Work" under the Submission Options.
   -For this you can use the In Work (request advice) or the In Work (viewable)
   
   Mark it as a Scroll
   
   Post any questions you have in that submission when you post it.
   
   Then, if you wish, post any specific questions you have to this Sagely Advice but link us back to your post. We should then add to your post in the Main Citadel, NOT TO THE THREAD.
   
   The forum is merely used as a pointer for these type of things to bring attention to a specific need. We understand that the Main Citadel is lacking in these kind of functions (for the time being) so we still need the forum to augment and fill this missing necessity.
