   This has been bugging me for long!
   
   There is no support for images on the main site! I have spent some time photoshopping different maps for my Coldforged setting. Right now I am about to begin the masterpiece, a parchment map of the Dhargenaas continent complete with city names and all. I would have loved if I could, in some way, make it visible on the main site.
   
   I am not only furthering my own cause here, but also that of others. I know that Mourngrymn has commissioned art that I suspect he would proudly display alongside his posts...
   
   If you gave level 2+ users a sandbox in which they could upload artwork, you could use str_replace to provide the beginning of an absolute link. We could follow up by providing the filename like this:
   
   coolpicture.jpg
   
   the serverside script would parse the text and do a replace on it.

   The difficulty is not in how to get the images in the posts, but how to store/retrieve the images in the first place which is where my dilemna currently lies.
   
   I know we discussed this somewhere but my intention was to put up a image gallery again and then make those images available for inputting into posts. I know there was some small discussion about which gallery to integrate. Two main contenders:
   
   http://coppermine-gallery.net/
   http://gallery.menalto.com/
   
   Coppermine could currently be integrated. Gallery does not currently integrate.
   
   I just don't want to have to do all the coding in V2.0 when it is easier (and more maintainable) when a third party application can do the job better and with more options and can be used as a stand alone. I think I liked gallery better and so stalled for a bit, but the integration hasn't seem to move forward that much on it.
