   Putting it down for future instructions and so I can get the thoughts out...as well as for comments if you have any.
   
   Only one active quest at a time.
   -Means only one category (primary or secondary) at a time.
   
   You can set quests to start and stop at anytime in the future.
   
   Once you make a quest it is final and the only thing that can be done to it is to update/change the quest times.
   -We can track submissions with the quest and list them.
   -We can reuse quests just by reseting the time
   -We keep a good history of all the quests we have had
   -If something gets inputted and later deleted, they will lose the proper XP they gained for it
   
   
   Can that be it? Sure seems like there were more issues with it when I was trying to figure out how to do it.

   Ok, looking at, during edit I think you should be able to update/change the following:
   
   Quest Name
   Quest Description
   Quest Start Date/Time
   Quest End Date/Time
   
   Not changeable:
   
   Bonus XP
   Category of bonus
   
   That will allow the freedom to update the quest without actually changing the important parts of it.....
