Okay. I have a problem that may happen when we switch over to Version 2.0

As you all know, I post on a lot of boards. I often repost articles and rants I have posted here, linking those back to here. (Lets face it, World Building 102 is really too large to cut and paste anywhere). People follow those links and often join our merry crew.

So when we initially transfer over to version 2.0, the forums should stay the same. but when we transfer these articles over... those links will die won't they?

So how am I either going to fix those links, to bring people here OR create a redirect to the new front page listing.

I have a redirect all set up already.

   For instance.

I have it already setup to redirect to the new forum link system so it should be seamless to those that try and visit the links.

(The rpgcitadel.com portion doesn't matter as far as the redirect cares, when the site moves it will do the same with links to strolen.com)

Meant when we take the forum threads and transfer them into V2.0 and delete them from the forum, how will those links forward.

A little more complicated but this can be done as well. If we move them, for now, we can just leave a link to the new location in that thread.
