this staff was cursed by arx doragon the troll because he hates the elves and all the beauthiful things and when arx die the staff was recover by his son akak doragon and he continues the dirty work of his father

is cursed anyone who touches the staff is possesed by the feelings and hat of arx for the elves
is 5d6 dmg
for every 10 points of dmg taken you must make a saving throw versus magic if you fail you loose one point of p.b. physica beauty (or in dnd charisma or anything like that)
permanently .

Why does Arx the Troll hate Elves? Just because they're beautiful? Does his son (The one that you talked about in the summary) still carry on Arx's hatred? Why is it cursed? What happens to the wielder? I believe this one's just magical, isn't it?

is cursed because his sons didnt hate the elves until he got the staff
the wielder is possesed by arx hate is like an empaty curse
arx is coursed because the only way he is going to find rest finally is when the weapon is destroy.

So the staff is embodiment of his hate and he cannot rest in peace while his hatred still runs unchecked, a sort of afterlife torment for his doings in life. Perhaps the Staff can't be destoyed untill it's weilder makes peace with some of the elves Arx hurt. Namely, the elven famliy would probally like that skull that's hanging off the staff. Maybe after attoning for Arx life can the staff be destroyed and Arx rest in peice.
