[DELETED] The Mastere's Finger
#1The Mastere's Finger | Type: Other | A Finger | Cursed | Author: Finger Master
This finger glows witch POWER. Its mad of dimonds and adamantine (like in X-Men) and always points at a enemy.
Even though I'm the Finger Master, this isnt my finger. It's the Finger Masters brothers finger. He was a powerful spellcaster 5/ shodowdanccer 2 who used liots of spells like finger of teath and other rangede touche attacks. So he made himself a finger so that he would never miss. it NEVER missed a rangde touch attack (because it's +30 and can't roil a critial miss)!!
the finger of death is made of adamantine and diamonds. it smells like rotting sand and tastes like rotting sand even though its made of diamonds and adamantine, not rotting sand. It fits onto the users finger, but has to cut off his finger 1st.
Magical Properties: This item is cursed.
whomever uses the finger, the first owner of teh finger will try to get (even from beyond the grove). He can emerge ass a lich, and I can use finger of death on fingertheives. if used in melee treated as a +3 finger.

Godawful.
I don't understand the abilities, too garbled and D&D-speak for me to get.
What does "rotting sand" taste and smell like? I was under the impression that sand does not rot. *smirk*
Who is the finger master's brother, and how did he lose his finger? Did the Finger Master take it?
Try again.
1/5.

I refuse to vote for an item like this. Just a few things to point out:
1) SPELLING - please oh please oh please, if you know that you aren't fluent in English, then after you've typed it, read it again for misspellings and correct those. It makes a post much easier to read (and yes, it will raise your points).
2) STATS AREN'T EVERYTHING - It doesn't make the item good, if you say that it's "A super sword of Gokulike madpowers of +3000"... well, actually it does make it a powerful item, but not a good item. Something background-ish would be a huge plus.
3) MUNCHKIN!!!! - Personally, I hate munchkin and everything munchkin-like (except the card game) and those "+30 and never rolls a critical miss!" things sound awfully like munchkin. That or it's a DragonBall rip-off in D&D. Anyways, reasonable items, if the item is extremely powerful, it has to have some downfalls too, I think. Or perhaps it is of celestial origin or something. But still, reasonable items, even when powerful.
4) Repeat 1 and 3

Interesting concept along the lines of the Hand and Eye of Vecna. However, almost everything is lost in translation. This could be so very much better. Ass lich...heh heh.

I think we're missing something crucial here guys. Even though this item is poorly spellcheckd, overly-jargonized and heavily stacked, one simple fact remains. No amount of spellchecking, de-jargonization, or moderation will make this a more worthwhile item. This item needs a good overhaul and a healthy dose of Suck-Be-Gone. You should worry about expanding/elaborating on its powers, maybe creating a back history, and make it believable (abilities are nice, but more time describing how it came about those abilities, etc.)
PS: What's a +3 finger?

It terms of langauge, spelling, and punctuation, it is poor. I have a hard time reading it. And you mispell things awfully! We should reject this post just on these grounds.
In terms of conception: It is so bizzare that without explanation it makes no sense.
In terms of effort: This is an unthought out post. It is too short to be useful and it was done so quicky that it is a waste of memory space. There is no organization, no attempt to explain. It is the shorthand version from a BAD DM's notes. The author needs to take a look at what goes into a highly rated post so they can see what we expect in a post.
