1. At one point I could not log on...

   despite changing my password twice.What was the problem?A glitch or something worse,like an EBH hacking into my computer,which has been bedeviled recently with spyware?

   A glitch in the matrix. Unless I experience this, it is very hard for me to troubleshoot this kind of an error.
   
   If it continues let me know but I haven't seen or read about any problems like this...yet.
