Heylo everyone. I'm still kinda confused, but is this what the site is about: creating characters and stuff for people who are stuck for ideas. Am I right or... eh... terribly, terribly wrong... -_-'

You are about right. It's about creating characters and stuff.
But then again it's so much more, take a look around.
Enjoy the articles, ideas and settings. If there are any questions, read the FAQ. It should explain almost everything, that's what it's made for anyway.
Just watch your grammar and you will be ok.

And by the way; Welcome to Stolen's and have fun.
