what exactly is this place about?

Strolen's Citadel is a roleplaying website which serves as a resource for GMs (or Storytellers or whatnot) to share and produce ideas for their various games. We host roleplaying ideas, several settings, and freeform roleplaying boards on the side.

The primary purpose of Strolen's Citadel, as I said before, is to share, produce, develop, swap, and otherwise muck about with, ideas for role-playing games and settings.

You mean the "Ideas" category on the main page?
Random, short ideas and pieces of ideas, sort of a grab-bag of random elements.
