   This idea is more for fun potential than a problem I've been having. I tend to have a tough time coming up with inspiration for various ideas. Once I get a vantage point, I can usually expand it to the Nth degree, but until then I tend to randomly write down nonsense that does me no good. My suggestion is that we could create a small forum. It would work in a way similar to the "The Academy" forum, or perhaps as an extension to it.Someone who is known for coming up with some rather splendid ideas for items, plots, NPCs, etc such as Captain Penguin or Moonhunter can give a basic outline or objective:
   
   "Create an item with these specifics:
   ~Made of a special and rare material
   ~Contains the soul of a well-known assassin who repented his murderous ways
   ~May not be a weapon"
   
   
   The point of the thread then would be for anyone who wanted to come up with something to fit the criteria given. This may be a useful way to give a number of us a bit of a jumpstart.

   Um. this is what every scrollish thread is about... give you some parameters and you build upon them. So we have the scroll forum already and people occasionally post to them.
   
   Given the lack luster response we have had to our two official quests, I really do not think an entire forum for them is really a good application of design. I mean, they have announcements, they are sticky on top, they have cool pictures. And we have yet to have 10 submission posts on one and none on the other.
   
   Alec pick a couple of idea scrolls and post to those... add some shard items... create your own and post six to twelve items. Post now.

   Moonhunter pretty much said it. It is a fine idea and one that we would love to do, but the limited response to our current quests don't bode well for their own forum.
   
   ((V2.0 plug. It will have quests associated in the main Citadel asking for submissions in specific categories and will reward those that participate.))
