   Dementia is a demon from hell summoned to the realm by some means, ie. Evil Worlock, Puzzle Box. (If You've Seen The Hellraiser Movies You Get The General Idea.) If Dementia is killed she returns to Hell waiting for her next summon.
   
   
   Equipment
   She Has 8 Chains That Are Telepathicly Controlled Comming From Her Back, The Chains Attack In Pairs, ie. 4 Attacks Per Round. The Chains Have The Ability To Graple, Pull, Push, Whip, ect.
   
   Appearance
   Black Leather Armor, Pale, Bald, Flesh pulled back from various places on the body by hooks reviling muscles, veins, ect. (See The Hellraiser Movies.)
   
   Background
   A Torn And Tourtured Soul of A Mistress Long Ago, Dementia Favored Slowly Killing Her Pets Enjoying Their Screams And Bathing in Their Blood. In Search of New Ways To Torment Her Pets Dementia Came Across The Lament Configuration, (The Puzzle Box) One Night After The Tourture and Deaths of Her Pets, While Bathing In Their Blood, Dementia Solved The Lament Configuration Summoning A Cenabite To Her Presence, After Many Tourturus Hours Of Pain And Pleasure, Dementia Was Converted Into A Cenabite Herself, To Bring Pain And Pleasure To Any Who Call Her.
   
   Notes
   The Chains From Her Back May Be Modified, by having spikes, razors, maces, morning stars attached to the Chains. Any Attachments will be purmenent, and the chains may not be broken.

   plagiarism? concidering its an idea inspireed by another idea and not taken directly its not plagiarism, and general stupidity? show me any other character that can do 24 decaps at one time. (yes I legitimately did 24 decaps with this character at one time.)

   Decapacitations... but the author needs to DE-Cap as well. Every word does not need a capitalization, this is a sentence, NOT A MOVIE TITLE.
   
   The history is incomplete, banal, and IMO pointless. The description is almost pointless as well, it is too incomplete to even begin to suggest what the charcter really lookslike. The character is uberly powerful and a mix between SPAWN and Dr.Octopus with a touch of BAD GIRL thrown in.
   
   In short, it looks like Impius Dementia just threws up this post with very little thought and effort. I am sure there is more to this character, but it is not here for us to use. If Impius not care enough about her character, or the people reading it, to actually complete the entry, why should we care about it?
   
   Vote to delete if not edited in a week or so.

   The fact that the character did 24 decapitations is nothing to be proud of. It certifies you as a munchkin and a powergamer.

   you know if you guys had any kind of imagination, you would know it actually doen't take that much to do multiple decaps, just some really lucky rolls and whirlwind attack.... oh and btw any creative DM can find ways to screw a "Munchkin" character if he has any sense about him...

   Did you know, that on the page where you can add a new character is the first significant line: Add your character?
   
   I found out right now. Simple, logical, and munchkin-attracting none the less.
   
   How about "Add a new interesting character"?
   Or put right there a request for NPCs only?
   
   No remedy, but who knows. Boy, how this kind of crap annoys! :x

   Actually Manfred, that is a good idea that I had thought about, but had not been bringing up... figuring that it will be fixed in v2.0
   
   Would the fix of Character section to NPC and changing "add your character" to "add your interesting NPC" be too hard to do during all of this?
