    People of refinement, it needs stating in these digital days, do not practice electronic harassment.
    
    Electronic harassment is:
    * Being held hostage on a business's phone system while on hold.
    
    * The frustrating inability to make human contact on urgent matters.
    
    * Companies and businesses that flood you with unwelcome faxes and e-mail spam.
    
    *Having to peruse page after page of juvenile spam on your favourite forums.
    
    *Self-important cell-phone blabbing at a nearby restaurant table (or in the cinema :shock:)
    
    * Flooding an instant messenger contact, even though the contact is marked as "busy".

    They're the electronic version of the necktie. Notice how the knot used is a slipknot--the same as a noose. Cellphones, pagers/beepers, and the like just let you know exactly how short your leash really is.
