   An inn, white walled upon the outside, with oak supports, and stained glass windows. Within, there are comfortable chairs and tables, and very few people. An enticing smell wafts from the kitchens, and soft laughter echoes from upstairs.

   A man walked in that was fairly built and looked like he had been in many battles in his cruel life of being a dragon slayer.
   I would like something to drink.
   He said in a fierce voice sounding like an order.

   Sentinel walked in silent as the dead, closing the door silently behind him he sat down at the inn flipping through a book he had found at some ruins. He read the ancient cryptic wording few knew nowadays and smiled. This would be an excellant thing to add to the Anawaith Guild's many treasures.
   As he read the book he glanced over at Beowulf.
   "Shut up you old fool."
   He smiled and stood up facing Beowulf.
   "Hello old friend."

   He said as he urned around knowing that it was Sentinel behind him.

   Ahren slipped through the doorway, closing it silently behind him, not trying to get too much attention. He found a seat in a shadowed corner and watched the growing match between the two.

   Beowulf said as he looked into the corner.

   He said smiling.

   "Sense me? That is the least I would expect from a dragon slayer." he said smiling. "Don't let me get in the way, please, finish with your affairs," he added, turning his head away.

   Oh don't worry about are affairs they are done for now.
   He said as he took his ale and chugged it down without even thinking twice.

    He shrugged and smiled as he tapped his fingers on the top of the bar.
    "We must need something to do. War t our east in Caladin, and to our north with the dwarves. Any other warrior would be fairly busy right now, except us?"

    He shrugged, and walked besides them adjusting the cloth that covered his eyes. "Maybe we are not needed, or we are just taking a break from fighting," he said. It was unusual though, come to think of it, having this much free time was VERY rare for someone of his rank. He hadn't spun his blades in a week now.

    He nodded. Usually he would be around exploring new lands or leading Reconnosaince into enemy lands, or leading massed battalions into combat, having studies Strategics and War in the Anawaith guild while studying philosphy under the elder.
    "Trust me, friends, we will not remain idle long."

    I'm not taking a break I'm actually on duty.
    He said as he laughed a little bit.
    I have some information that an evil dragon lord is to meet an adversary here and I'm here to take them both out.

    "Interesting. This could be an interesting night," he said leaning back on his chair. "If you need any help - if things go horribly wrong - we are here to assist you, though I doubt we will be needed." he said smiling, not in a sarcastic way. He did not mock people he knew could be either a valuable friend, of a dangerous enemy, so he kept any hint of mockery out of his voice.

    Oh don't worry my friend I will not need your help or Sentinels.
    He said smiling as two nasty men walked in and sat down at a table talking to each other as they ordered a couple of beers.
    That would be them.
    He said as he eyed the two men.He got up and walked over to them and sat down next to them.
    Hello may I be of any service in putting your neuse around your neck.
    He said as he pulled his sword and pressed it up against the neck of the leader firmly.
    "So your the assassin that has been sent to capture me ehh.Well it looks like the convict out smarted the capturer."
    The man said as seven more men walked out of the shadows three with bows aimed at Beowulf and the four with swords at his neck.
    So you do have enough balls to try to face me.
    He said ashe disapeared and reappeared behind the bowsmen snapping their necks with ease and then danced across th swords men like he was in a grand ball ending up in front of their leader knocking him out by hitting him in the face and then kneeing him in the gut.
    I think I out smarted you.
    He said as he kicked the other man in the jaw breaking his jaw and neck in unison.

    Sentinel smiled and watched it all play out, amused. Beowulf was a good martial artist, but lacked, how could he think this in a nice way, lacked a high intellect required for most humans to function.

    He sat back and enjoyed the little fight. He counted in how many places he would of done differently than what Boewulf has done, but he lost count. "A lucky trade between excelent skill and little brain, wouldn't you say?" he asked Sentinel when the human was done with his targets.

    He stopped and looked around for anyone else to try to attack him.
    Well that wasn't very fair he could've at least brought more men to make it fair.
    He said laughing as he sat down and looked at the man he had just captured with a smile.
    I still can't believe he thought heout smarted me.

    Sentinel shrugged and smiled at Ahren.
    "I think I would of had mine evened out."
    He laughed out loud clasping his chest as tears came to his eyes. How could the man outsmart Beowulf, now that was hilarious

    He looked at Ahren and laughed a little bit and then stopped looking at him.
    I can't help it its the way I fight sometimes.
    He said laughing.
    I just didn't think that I should waste my energy on those little humans.
    He said as he drank his beer.
    And by the way I'm not full blooded human I have wild elf in me.

    He sat down and rolled a cigarette and then heard a sound like some one was screaming.He stood up quickly and looked in at Sentinel and then rushed off to see what was making the horrible sound.

    "Well done none the least. Our fighting styles are quite the opposite, I must say," he said resting his elbows on the table.

    He saw Beowulf run off and looked at Ahren.
    "Ours? The Elder did say that we must learn to use blades not the same as all the other Anawaith Rangers or people would learn of our techniques. If people knew that, they wouldn't fear the guild so much as they do."

    "No not ours, I ment mine and Boewulf's. Our may be different as well. We have learned how to weild a sword from different people. The basics might be the same, we are both Elves after all, but the detailes are quite different," he said.

    Beowulf round the corner and ran into a group of bandits.
    Are you the ones that are screaming like a woman?
    He asked looking to see if anybody was hurt or injured.

    He smiled as a ought occured to him.
    "I did teach the human to use a bow, that's why I always smile when he misses and hits him over th head sharply with the flat of my blade."

    He laughed, harder this time. "You should of sent him to us," he said, "we could of tought him how to use a bow as well as knock some sense into him!"

    Beowuf finally defeated all the bandits as the last one slammed into the wall. Beowulf cracked his neck and smiled.
