Anybody is allowed to submit any site for review. Please supply the following information on the site.

    Site Title
    Web Address
Tell us if you want us to review it privately or post our comments in the thread you start. If we post privately you will not have access to our reviews. Upon acceptance or rejection you can request a copy of the reviews. Reviews will only be sent to the address of the webmaster provided on the actual page.

A quality description of the site and what we should expect when we review it.

Any other comments you may want us to consider when reviewing the site.

    ------------------------------------------

What do we look for? The main points.

    Content.
Above anything we love original, useable content. Because of this graphic sites and other beauty rich pages may not have as a good of a chance of winning the award as others, but if that graphics page does good things to support the roleplaying community then we will review it on those merits as well as the quality of the work.

    Ease of navigation.
Simple thorough navigation that we won't get lost in. Preferably non-java as well but that won't disqualify anybody.

Ease of reading and overall presentation.
Don't force us to try and find text on a loud background. If I have to strain to read something I won't be impressed. Easy on the animated gifts, and don't overload me with graphics that try and hide that there is no content. Show me the content and make it easy to read. The less banners the better. No Pop-ups, unless your free host forces them on you.

Be forewarned, there is no time limit for giving out the reward. We give the award out to quality sites when we agree on them. If you feel that it is taking too long to recieve a response, feel free to make an inquiry. We are just a group of DM/Webmasters that are having fun and like to award other sites for excellence so don't be bashful.

Not earning the award, by no stretch, means you have a bad site. It just means it does not match our rather narrow requirements for an outstanding rpg resource. Our main requirement is original rpg content and the Seal will be given to those site that can impress us in that area.

    Requirements for the award:

    Site:
    [*]Non-commercial site.
[*]Easy navigation. Make it as easy to get anywhere on the site and easy to go back to where they were. If it has a java navigation it must have an alternate form for those without java.
[*]Design. Easy to read content. Backgrounds must allow text to be easily read.
[*]Spelling and Grammar should be good overall. Nobody is perfect.

    Content:
[*]Must have original, useable rpg content.
[*]Majority of links need to be finished. There can be coming soon pages, but cannot be the majority.
[*]No broken links. If there is a link, it should work, even to only say a description of what it will be.
[*]Links section suggested. Links make a site more valuable when you have added resources to explore.

    Graphics:
[*]Fast loading, complimentary graphics. Don't let us get bored while waiting for graphics to load.
[*]Must support the content but not overwhelm it.

Possible Disqualifying Issues stuff we don't like
[*]Pop-up adds (exception: free hosts that the site has no choice but to allow)
[*]Excessive animated gifs that add nothing to the site
    [*]Frames, only if absolutely necessary.
    [*]Excessive billboards or banners.
[*]If uses java navigation, no alternate navigation.
[*]No plug-in requirements. I don't want to have to download something just to view a page.
[*]No music. It gets old quick and not worth the download time.
[*]Excessive "under construction" pages. Give a summary of what the page will be if it is not done, but don't leave us guessing by just saying it is in work.
    [*]Excessive broken links.

What do you get out of this?
    [*]Free advertising from this site.
[*]Knowledge that you actually earned a web award instead of somebody just giving it away.
