   Yup, 'nother newbie saying "hi".
   
   I've been trolling the site for a couple of months, and I am impressed with the creativity and discussions I have seen. I hope I can be a positive contributor as well.
   
   Quick background: I've spent ~15 of the past 25+ years playing FRP's, starting with mimeographed pre-edition copies of D&D (no, I'm not claiming special insight, just that I'm old ;-) ), and have played everything from GURPS to T&T and Paranoia. I mostly stick to AD&D because it's well-known, but I enjoy playing/running most anything that focuses on role-playing: I freely sacrifice "realism" or strict rule interpretation for a good storyline and out-of-box quick-thinking. Variety is key: Some puzzles and some monster-bashing; some real-politik and some moral conundrums. Thankfully, there are many kinds of gamers and plenty of different games, so I feel no need to force anyone else to play my way.
   
   And I appreciate either grog or fine wine, if the company is good.

    I am just messing around have fun and keep good roleplaying coming. Send in all your ideas I can't wait to hear all of them. I just want to say sorry now if I am ever mean to you because I get a little tippy after drinking and my pies get stolen when I am hungry. Shadow I got one in the fridge and if I open it up and it isn't there I am going to kill you, but before I do me and my new friend here will eat a big blueberry pie right in front of you just to make you cry. Just messin'

    Wow man I woke up at midnight last night craving what would be my midnight snack. My wonderfully pie in the fridge. And to my amazement it was gone. Do you know what I did.
    
    I stood there in the middle of my kitchen and pissed on myself and cried myself back to sleep. You don't understand the hurt I felt that my pie was gone man. I slept in my own piss God Dangit!

    Shadoweagle munches graciously on the slice of chess pie Adel had given him whilst listening into to Royals story and patting him on the back for support. "There, there, my friend. It must be the giant molerats around here. They certainly have a thing for pie, ya know. You just can't trust them! ... Hmm, You know, I'm the kinda guy that does people like you favours. So how about this: Give me all your pie for safekeeping, and I'll put it in a place that molerat will never get its hands on, 'kay?"

    Ok Shadow here is about 34 pies in 5 different flavors that I have been saving for 15 years now. I keep them in case of a cold and harsh winter when food is greatly needed. Thanks for your protection of pies.

    Shadoweagle simply ignores Adels scathing remark on bieng a molerat, and nods sagely at Royal and begins piling those pies up into carrying bundles. "Well, I can't say I blame you. You never know when you would need a good pie. Dont worry. No other has EVER trodden in the place I am going to store them."

    I am not sure that is so true, ShadowEagle. I am sure you have put your foot in your mouth at least once, so at least one person has tread where you are going to put those pies.
