   1) You have to log it, even if it is a only potential delete.
   
   2) If it is obviously BAD (1 star or less material), just gut it. The only exception I would mention is the first post by the account. Then you should give it one of those friendly corrective advice pieces about spelling, format, description, and depth of entry. Maybe they will fix it. Maybe they will learn. You should still post it up here as a soon to delete. About a week (or two) after the last person comments on it, then nuke it
   
   3) If it is potentially redeemable or has something interesting in it or you have personal issues with the poster, then post it up here for everyone to list their opinion.

   folks.. instead of abusing the poor guy (and I have to admit, it is abuse worthy), can we try constructive criticism like
   
   1) Too short. There is not enough information here for anyone to use. You need to put as much information as you would expect from the character in a book.
   
   2) Stereotypes. Goes along with the Toonami comment. Sigh. It is a bad anime character. What about this character makes it any different from a random drawing of someone with big eyes and small mouth?
   
   3) Finish a sentence. Along with our normal complaints about spelling, grammer, and punctuation, complete sentences are a must.
