   The new site is set up by default to track users by cookies.
   
   Is this good or bad?
   
   It would be a little bit of a big deal to convert it to use sessions that are passed through the url (as this site does when cookies are disabled).
   
   Would it be a bad thing to require cookies?

   Avatars? Not sure how to work these under the new scheme.
   
   Allowing pictures to be uploaded with submissions?
   
   Do we want this or do we want to stay with a more pure content type environment?

   Seems like you can simply add the and you can imbed graphics already.
   
   Not going to touch that for now, see how it works out.
   
   This might have to be combined with the photoalbum, upload a pic to the photoalbum and use that in the post or something.

   Edits
   I am going to track last edit date/time and how many edits a submission had.
   
   Do you want to track a history of the originals like they do in a wiki? They would just get shoved to another database until somebody wants to see the sequence of changes that the submission when through.
   
   Voting Records
   Should I keep track of votes.
   Who voted for what and the vote they gave it?
   Who nominated what for Hall of Heroes?
   Who nominated what a Golden Vote?
   
   Would that be something we would want as admins? as users curious? Would we allow them to see how people voted on them? Could be a perk of a certain level....
   
   Track XP per submission
   I think I am going to do this. Track how much XP a submission has earned for the author. Maybe something only the author could see or something anybody could take a look at.
