Cut comment? (Look before you leap)
#1Once again someone posted a comment about a plot ("Look before you leap"), which seems (as CP has pointed out with a timely "Huh?") to have little to do with the plot itself. I don't think it is in the right place...

I like as is.
This is going to fit just right. I just got finished running my group through and adventure to clear out an ancient watch tower in preparation for their high level mage associate and primary contact to occupy. In clearing out the dungeon they got a nice collection of magic including a very powerful sword (with an ego which has not yet been awoken). I think I am going to put them through a small hack/slash to feed the sword and awaken it, then plop them into this situation. This is going to be fun because they always look to kill and rarely take prisoners or allow anyone to live for information gathering. Yes, they end up doing thinks the hard way.
Hook:
The local Lord has received word that a large community of Orcs is growing in the woods north of a one of the local towns from Warden Jessep (Ranger under his employ) and two regional Druids. The Ranger has had a run in with clan members so he is not a good candidate. Since the local Lord knows the party for previous good deeds, he needs them to approach the Chieftain of the Ornak Forban (Clan of Four Winds - led by Half-Orc Barbarian) and forged a piece since Drow and Zhent concern has grown considerable recently and the Lord wishes to have no more enemies at this time.
Agonist:
The Clan of Four Winds (Ornak Forban in Orcish) has evolved over the past few months at a time when raids against local towns were often, yet there have been none due to the joining. Ornak Forban is the joining of four clans, all singular clans lost numbers against the return of Drow to the surface or left for greater glory. This has driven Grutak to challenge other chieftains. His success has made them stronger as one.
What are his interests, motivations and goals?
Fleshing out the Chieftain will decide his view of the world around him, his disposition towards outsiders and his overall plan.
Should I PM him and explain perhaps?

#2On this subject, I tried looking up what other comments this member had made (according to his stats there are two more), but can't find them. We were discussing the option of tracking "last edited" as a moderator's tool, perhaps a "click to find all comments made by this user" option would be a good idea?
