I feel the need to do a walkthrough of an adventure so I can see where the 6th world is fine and where it needs some more definition. So I will go through character creation and a simple adventure, which I will post in plots at some point, and see what works and what doesn't. Please post comments if you don't understand where I'm going with this, extra eyes will really help here.

Oh yha, the bonus stats. Err...

    Karma of 1

    Bonus skill points 3
    Weild Weapon
    Sneak

Hit points ... I need to figure out how damage and hit points are figured out.

In combat, there are only a few ways you can be, but many ways to get there. You can be fine, injured, wounded, incapacitated, or dead. If you're fine, you have no wounds that are detracting from your health or ability to fight. If you're injured, you have some wound, but a small one, and your health is not deteriorating and you still posses the ability to fight. Wounded means you have in injury that is sapping your health and ability to fight, by weakening die to blood loss or injury to the limbs or senses. Incapacitated means you are no longer able to fight, due to injury or postion, for example, a man pinned under three dead men might not be injured in any way, but he also cannot do any damage to his foes. Dead, well, is dead.

On examination, it seems like the defining point of health in combat is how many wounds you can take before becoming incapacitated due to lack of health. Rather than call it hit points, which seems misleading at this point, I would change it to wounds. Wounds would be equal to the Physical Attiribute plus Toughness/Constitution. That gives the weakest health 2 wounds and the tank characters a 6, with an average person having 3.

And so Chi Ote's has 2 wounds. Running, yes, I see a lot of running away.

All this has given me much to think about in the ways of combat and skills. I'll post my thoughts later.
