   Legend tells of the great towers of azur sky the dark halls of thain and the empty halls of the city of ten thousand names.
   
   
   Azur Sky:
   thousands of eons ago during the Alimento war (the war between the gods) the creator god Thelmeano in attempt to stop his children from fighting placed a sword in a great stone and told his children that the one who could remove it would be the ruler of all of them. The first one to attempt was his first born son Thalos the strongest and the most evil he tugged at the sword but could not free it. He was enraged and cursed his father and the sword. Every god tired untill the only one left was the moon goddess she steped up to the stone and tugged lightly the sword sliped free its silver blade shinning. Thalos was consumed with his rage and spent a thousand years making seven spears he infused them with his hatred once they were all finished he entered his fathers realm and hurled the spears at him. Thelmeano blocked the attack hurling the spears at Thalos who was stuck by his own hate and fell from the heavens into the still young world below. His father sent the seeds of life on his corpse and soon it had turned into a lush island. Eons passed and humans came to the island. They built a great city on Thalos's chest. The city grew in size and fame and soon turned into a great port. The Legandary smith Lendor came to the city a 500 years after its founding he offered to make the huge towers into a palace. After 60 years of work he had made the great towers into a great palace He built arches of the shards he had removed and conected the spears. The moon goddess had now taken the throne for her father had died and she sat watching Lendor work. After many years she stood and walked down from the throne she changed her apperance into that of a mortal and left the great city of the gods in her left hand she carried a hammer and in the right a shard of azur she approached Lendor and handed him the shard of azur he looked at it blankly then in a soft voice said i have watched you carve through the metal of the gods as if it were butter, you are a skilled craftsman and for that i offer you this. She handed him the hammer and spoke again this hammer will allow you to carve the hardest stone with ease. He took the hammer and thanked her but then asked her who she was. She said i am Lunatos the queen of the gods and i have but one request. My i bear you child so that your line will continue as gods.
   after the palace was finished the mage Edelln took power he lead the nation for 400 years all the while hiding his real quest he had enchanted the palace so that any spell cast on the top of the central spire would come down to the earth as a bolt of raw energy thus turning the palace into a powerful weapon. Many years after his rule the kingdom azur sky expanded beyond the thain mountains during this time a great mage was execiled along with many followers for trying to enter the palace using force. they built a vast city who's name has been forgoten with time many eons later thain declared war against azur sky after a brutal battle a truce was declared and peace reigned once more. while the exciles grew in power many becoming liches or vampires waiting for the final battle...
