   Velnor was created by an elvish mage to help his warriors defeat an onslaught of Orcs. He Believed that speed would overcome strength. The bow caused his army's defeat and his ultimate death when the plans for the bow were revealed to the Orcs.
   
   
   The bow has an enchantment that immedietly nocks two arrows at a time. The arrows burn with an enchanted flame that stuns any victim caught within it. Velnor's major drawback is after it is fired it takes several minutes for the enchantment to nock two more arrows.
   
   Magical Properties:
   Immedietly nocks two arrows at a time. After arrow is fired it ignites in an enchanted flame that stuns any victim caught within it. Enchanted flame dies after several minutes
