Should we continue to comment on his plagarism or just delete the lot? I mean, to improve the posts, he would have to use his own ideas, and the plagarism can't get there from where it is. Mount Doom, Aragon, Narsil, all ripped off.

I see no hope for them getting better as they are. Recomend deletion, consider sending an email warning him not to hack things again.
  2. I would like to second that...

He is not even typing the information directly. He is cutting and pasting off of other people's LotR fan sites.

Agar. You boiled over, so you get to write him the VERY NICE PM that politely tells him not to plagerize Tolkein/ the movie/ other people's sites. Tell him we post only original material here.

For those of you who have not seen these...

    Aragorn | Men | Rogue | Ranger | Male | Author: Eledas [ Print NPC ] [ Edit Post ]
Aragorn heir to the throne of Gondor. He chose to follow the path of exile and became a ranger.

    Equipment
Velnor, Narsil-It was made by Telchar of Nogrod, who also made the Dragon-helm of Dor-lómin. Helpfully, a passage in Unfinished Tales tells us that the Dragon-helm was originally made for Azaghâl of Belegost, who died in the Nirnaeth Arnoediad in I 471; in order to make the helm specifically for Azaghâl, Telchar must have been working at about this time. Though we can't be certain of Narsil's origins, then, we can fairly safely place its forging in Telchar's workshop in Nogrod, probably during the fourth or fifth centuries of the First Age. The Sword was broken in the War of the Last Alliance, with the fall of Elendil. Its burning light was lost, but Elendil's son Isildur used its broken shards to cut the Ruling Ring from Sauron's finger. The shards were eventually brought to Imladris, and they became an heirloom of the House of Isildur. During the War of the Ring, the sword was reforged, its light was rekindled, and it was borne by Elendil's distant descendant Aragorn, who renamed it Andúril.

    Appearance
A strange-looking weather-beaten man. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face.

    Mount Doom | Area | Other | Volcano | Author: Eledas [ Print setting ] [ Edit Post ]
As the light grew he saw to his surprise that what from a distance had seemed wide and featureless flats were in fact all broken and tumbled. Indeed the whole surface of the plains of Gorgoroth was pocked with great holes, as if, while it was still a waste of soft mud, it had been smitten with a shower of bolts and huge slingstones. The largest of these holes were rimmed with ridges of broken rock, and broad fissures ran out from them in all directions. The confused and tumbled shoulders of its great base rose for maybe three thousand feet above the plain, and above them was reared half as high again its tall central cone, like a vast oast or chimney capped with a jagged crater. But already Sam was more than half way up the base, and the plain of Gorgoroth was dim below him, wrapped in fume and shadow.

I swear I wrote a nice polite email right after I said I was admonished, but he hasn't come back since and I don't know why. I went over how we wanted original ideas and his were removed because they weren't, and let him know that ideas inspired by or for the LOTR were ok, as long as they were original.

Maybe he's just having a hard time not cutting and pasting.
