   He's new and has some ideas that could prove interesting, but he is having some trouble understanding critisism. I don't seem to be getting through to him. I just want him to have an evil item with a down side to balance the power, but he seems intent on taking my thoughts as personal flames and claiming his idea is the total $h!t. *sigh*
   
   Could I get some assistance here? Just a different voice to moderate and find some point of reason in all this.
