   These boots are for the slow characters in the group as they will triple the characters speed.
   
   
   These leather boots appear to be nothing fancy or out of the ordinary. They were originally created by the Gnome wizard Tarney Adriter so he could move faster in close combat. since then, other wizards and mages have unlocked the secret of these boots and made them in mass.
   
   Magical Properties:
   The characters base speed triples as well as a +4 to any and all Reflex saves.

   Well, yes, but... Why? It dosn't have a real background, and its magical effect isn't all that interesting or original. And what does "moving in mass" mean? It really needs a better background, to capture my interest.

   This is, as Captain Penguin said, very D20. If you want to post system specific stats, please do it in a notes section. Strolen's remains non-system specific. (That means we play other games besides D&D)
   
   This item is a quick patch to give a slow character who is strong in other areas the speed the player desires. If your character has flaws, like slowness, roleplay them, use them, make them part of your character's concept and work with them. It's what makes them THEM, after all.
