How ya doin?

1. How ya doin?

Ducfir here, or just call me Duc.

I've been popping in and out of this site gleaming ideas for a couple of years now and decided to register.

I've been playing and DM'ing D&D/AD&D for over 40 years now. I've played all the editions, but prefer and currently play 2E. I like 2E because of being able to customize characters and NPC's using kits.

I like attending cons, Gen-Con in the past, and Gary-Con over the last several years.

I'm an avid reader of fantasy and history. As an engineer, I like things in my fantasy world to make sense and be as plausible as possible. I spend way too much time on the mechanics of traps and secret doors, the habitability of dungeons and lairs, and the economies of villages and towns.

I look forward to contributing. Though probably not as often as I would like.

I miss the algebraic mysticism of 2E, it was much less World of Warcraft.

   Welcome
