So, what's your "crack"?

So, what's your "crack"?
#1Most people I know have some sort of addiction, though it usually isn't to an actual drug. It's that thing that you *know* you shouldn't let yourself get back into, because your friends and family may not see you for months. The thing that you will spend far more money on than you intended to.
For me, it's changed over the years. First it was World of Warcraft. Then it was Minecraft. For awhile, it was Hearthstone (goddammit, Blizzard). What is it for you guys? -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#2Right now it's the ePub, I gave up my weekly game of 34 years for it -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#3Fallout 4, though I've recently managed to shake it a bit. -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#4Final Fantasy, idle click games, cherry flavored bourbon -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#5Hanging out here. -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#6Worshiping Mathom over the next version of the Citadel. -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#7all praise to Mathom(when I get around to it) -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#8Right now, it's Hearthstone and various mobile games. You convince yourself that there's skill involved, and then you lose to yet another facetard or bot.
And despairing. Probably my only consistent vice. :Thud: -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#9My crack was Tomb Raider (any version), followed by Civilization (any version), followed by Unreal Tournament (which I liked better than straight unreal).
I think my lesser crack would be pinterest. https://www.pinterest.com/moonhunter88/
I am an internet and computer addict. I don't spend as much time online as I want to but could, nor do I let myself play video games any longer. But if I did....
oops sorry... need to deal with the shakes for a while -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#10+1 point of awesome to Moonhunter! Unreal Tournament is amazing! I've spent way to much time playing it over the years. Although I haven't played in a long time.
Gaming: Overwatch. I think I might just have a crush on D.va!
Roleplaying: Currently giving Shadowrun 5th Edition a go (running it), with a group of five players every fortnight. It's difficult to committing so much to memory but I'm sure I'll become familiar enough as time goes on.
Alcohol: Kraken Rum. There's nothing wrong with moderate alcoholism as long as you still function as an effective unit, right? -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#11Cocaine.
Also iPad games.
Also not cocaine. -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#12World of Warships now. -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#13Right now M:TG -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#14Whatever it was, I'm now back to do retro quests though the next crack coming up is Moonlake&Aramax collabs! Not on the Citadel unfortunately but on novels and we are thinking big at this stage so get ready for us to shake up things! :P -
Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#15Looks like my childhood passion for jigsaws is coming back with a vengeance. Just looking into them again as potential rewards for myself to finish novella conversion on time for own bday and then I can't stop peeking at the online puzzle store to check out different pictures etc.

Right now M:TG
Max, you're near me, I think. My local coffee shop / game store has an M:TG draft on Fridays evenings that my wife and son have gone to a couple of times. Very low key, my wife is pretty new but the players she's met have been very patient. You should check it out. Uptown Espresso & Gameporium in West Seattle. -

Re: So, what's your "crack"?
#18I also do paper crack. I actually sold my collection (going back to Alpha,) back when Innistrad was coming out. Then an old friend from highschool hit me up because he's just now getting into it, and somehow I've blown about $200 so far.
Also I'm addicted to talking to people on the internet, which is like 90% of my contributions here back in the day, which is why I'm "Well-known around the citadel," but also a Noble Minion for something like 10 years.
